American Glass Exchange - How to Buy/Sell

• You must create a dealer account with us. This will enable you to list new items as well as keep track of your currently listed items on the site.
• To create a dealer account, click on the Dealer Log-In button above. Then click on the link: “I need to register for a new account”.
• Fill in all of the fields of required information.
• Once your account is created, log-in to your account through the log-in page. This will take you to the Item Listing Page, where you will be able to add new items, mark items as “sold” or “on hold” and read your dealer reviews.

• Now that you’ve registered, you will click on the “Item Description Page”. This will bring you to the list of items that are currently on the site.
• Click on the "List New Items" link to come to the first page in the add items process.
• To add an item, you will fill out the following information: Item Title (the heading that the buyers will see in the item list). Category (select the correct category from the drop down box). Price (minimum of $50 and must be in the format of xx.xx). Item Description (describe the item for sale - up to 600 characters).
• Click on Continue to move to the next step - uploading the images
• You can add up to three images of each item. Image size can be up to 400 pixels by 400 pixels. Images will automatically be resized to be the correct size.
• Click on “Finish”. This will bring you to your shopping cart from where you can list your next item.
• When you finish loading your items, click on “Proceed to Checkout” in the shopping cart to complete your payment transaction. This will link you to the Payment Page.
• Remember that the American Glass Exchange listing fee is 3% of your selling price, fixed. This is payable by credit card: Master Card or Visa.
• Fill in your credit card information on the Payment Page. Click on “finish” after entering in your information to process the transaction.
• The American Glass Exchange site is a secured site.
• The total amount charged to your credit card will appear on the screen.
• Your items are now listed on the American Glass Exchange website!
• New item listings will appear on this site for 60 days!
• If an item is sold prior to 60 days, you will be able to mark the item as such on the Item Description page in your account.
• Minimum Dealer Listing on an item is $50.00.

• You can direct all of your questions and correspondence directly to the listing dealers on this website.
• All purchases will be arranged between you and the applicable dealer.
• After your transaction is completed, please go to the “Contact Us” page and fill out the Dealer Name and Dealer Review section. This will enable you to privately comment on the dealer and your transaction.
